ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 2014 after working as a State Farm Team Member and owning my own nutrition store. I’m a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in Entrepreneurship, and I love building a business that allows me to help people while continuing to grow as a leader. Outside of work, my spouse and I homeschool our three children, and I’m passionate about fitness and traveling.
Supporting others is important to me, both professionally and personally. I’m involved in counseling and supporting married couples, and I believe strong relationships and a genuine commitment to others make a lasting difference.
My agency is built around a caring, supportive, and family-oriented culture. We work hard, respect one another, and celebrate our wins together. I also believe in investing in my team through professional development, a book club, paid major holidays, vacation time, team gatherings, and celebrations.

As Account Manager for Korina Hernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
