"Came in because my RV insurance went way up. Bri met with me and tried several options to find a better rate. She was very personable and kept me company while I waited for Myrna to finish with another client. When I got to see Myrna, she went waaaaay out of her way to get me insurance on my new barndo. She called underwriting and made sure everything was a go. She went through everything on the policy to make sure I understood. She stayed an hour after closing so that I was insured with a policy that would work at a rate I liked before I walked out the door. This has been my experience EVERY time I've been to this branch. Previously, I had to make a claim on the RV. I'm sorry I cannot remember the ladies name (she sits directly in Myrna's front window), but she helped me with that claim and with the main office made a mistake, she got it corrected immediately. I could not recommend this branch more highly. Very personable and professional. You can tell they treat you like they would like to be treated."
