"I had an accident and filed a claim with State Farm, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. It’s been a long time, and I still haven’t received any real updates. I’ve been calling every day, but the response is always the same — no progress, no estimate, and no clear answers. I was told my car would be declared a total loss, but no formal estimate or follow-up has been provided. The claim handler, Ori, is never available when I call, and the automated system just says he’s not in the office. As a student without a vehicle, this delay has made it extremely hard for me to get to class and manage my day-to-day life. The lack of communication and urgency from State Farm has been incredibly frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would."

"Of course State Farm came through again. This time I was with Brianna Gonzales. She is a life/Health insurance rep. When I tell you her customer service was a 10 star!! She thoroughly took her time with helping me understand everything. Hospitality coming into the office was also Flawless. "I'm not a fan of state farm...Many years ago, I used to finance my car with State Farm Bank and had paid it off. Later to find out that State Farm sold my information. I kept getting a call from a suspicious debt collector asking for the last payment of my vehicle. I called State Farm bank and since that department had been closed, I couldn't get any response or information from State Farm. It was discouraging.. Couple of Years prior to that an Agent left me a voicemail saying we need to talk about my Policy and that its urgent. When I called, the agent told me it can only be talked about in person. When I arrived to the office the agent was to trying to sell me life insurance. Who does that?? are you kidding me? You realize that time is precious, right? Finally, I had filed a claim on my vehicles policy but state farm claims had filed the claim on my motorcycle instead and I could not get a hold of my adjuster even though I left voicemails asking them to call me back to resolve. A few months later my local Agent Barbara was able to take initiative and get things resolved on my behalf. She had also followed up with me to make sure it was taken care of and speaking with her is a pleasure. It's honestly been the only positive experience that I can remember aside from when I first started with State Farm."

"I have always had excellent service from Korina Hernandez's State Farm Office. All the staff that I have worked with have been courteous, friendly and helpful. I recently worked with Barbara Maltos on updating my homeowner's policy. She worked around my crazy travel schedule, patiently answered all my questions, and helped me make the adjustments I wanted to make. I also have not had the enormous price increases I have heard stories of others getting. Yes the premiums have gone up, but within reason considering the current economic climate. Earlier this year I had a cracked windshield and the gentleman I talked to was also great. He recommended an excellently rated repair shop and not only did they come our quickly to fix it, they also took care of all the paperwork."
